What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a comprehensive visual examination of the property's major structure, systems, and accessible components. Since buying a home is a significant investment, getting an inspection is crucial. The inspector's expertise can reveal defects, ranging from minor repairs to safety and health concerns, not always apparent to buyers. With a home inspection, you'll make an informed decision and safeguard your investment's well-being.

Meet Your Inspector
I trained to be a home inspector for the past 43 years. I was involved in home construction for 34 years prior to home inspection, giving me the experience and knowledge to understand each and every component of a home and associated interrelationships. In 2014, I earned my initial certification from InterNACHI. I continue to train with InterNACHI earning the certifications needed to offer ancillary services like: Radon Testing, Water Testing, Energy Loss Analysis, Four Point Inspection, Green Certification, Mold and Asbestos Inspection, Lead Paint Testing, Thermal Image Analysis, Sewer Scoping, and more.
