What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a comprehensive visual examination of the property's major structure, systems, and accessible components. Since buying a home is a significant investment, getting an inspection is crucial. The inspector's expertise can reveal defects, ranging from minor repairs to safety and health concerns, not always apparent to buyers. With a home inspection, you'll make an informed decision and safeguard your investment's well-being.
